Returns / Exchanges
You can return items for store credit within 15 days of the original purchase (in store) or 15 days of package being delivered (online). No refunds will be issued. Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached. Return shipping and handling is the customer's responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. All SALE merchandise, jewelry, basic leggings, Niki Biki and all special orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any item retuned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us. All claims must be made within 3 days of delivery date.

Lost or Stolen Items
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re-shipped to the customer once it have been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as un-delivered will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for the customer to provide the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
Defective Or Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you believe yo have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund. Please send a picture of the damaged/defective item to email@example.com Please Include your order number in the subject line. You will receive a response from our customer service within 1 business day.
